A bank stopped sharing

Open Settings, Accounts and tap the bank; Covered reopens the bank's own login so it can share again. Nothing is lost while it is disconnected; the number on Home is marked as possibly lower until it syncs.

A code did not arrive

Codes come from no-reply@covered.tips within a minute. Check spam, then use Send it again on the code screen.

Joining a household

Ask the owner for the household code or link. Enter it from Welcome or from Settings, Household, Join another household, then sign in and request access. The owner reviews requests in Settings, Household and chooses View or Edit access. You can open the household after approval. Your own budget stays; households never merge.

Cancelling

Subscriptions are managed in the App Store: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. When nobody in a household subscribes, it becomes read-only and you can still export everything.
